Standard bank mistake is costing me

Upon studying my home loan bond statement I came to the realisation that my bond term has incorrectly been made 30 years instead of 20 years. I contacted the registering attorney and they confirmed that a 20 year bond was registered and not a 30 year. The instalments that have been deducted monthly from my account have been to the value for a 20 year bond. Clearly this error on Standard bank's part has drastically effected my intersest paid as I gave instruction to increase my monthly debit order by R 2500 and then done the calculation on a bond calculator and it makes 2/12 years difference to my payment term if the dont go back and calculate it as a 20 year bond from the beginning-I have been paying for 8/12 years. I phoned home loans where they admitted their mistake and asked me to either send an email or fax to have this rectified-I done both on the 10/10/2013 and have unfortunately not had a response again.
