APPALLING SERVICE

I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESOLUTION ON BELOW FROM LAST YEAR:

I went into the Glen Acres branch to cancel my debit order on my bond due to the property being cancelled with the bond division.

The branch could not assist me and as usual the home loan consultant gives me ridiculous advice!

If a bond has been cancelled why is there a need for me to service this bond and have the debit order in place...

I am frustrated and irritated in the manner in which this process has transpired with Home Loans division...

I look forward in closing all my accounts with STANDARD BANK!!!
