Rude Arrogant Call Center agents!!!

I have a home loan facility with standard bank. I have an access bond so I can take out money out of my home loan if I need it. before you could just transfer money into you credit card form your home loan. recently I was told that in order to have an access facility I need to have a savings account with them so I opened one. now all of a sudden they tell me that I have to my debit order going of my account before I can receive my monies, which I think is a load of! the call centre agent I spoke was rude and arrogant and refused to give the phone to her manager. they want my debit order for my bond to go of a standard bank account and I currently have a Nedbank account which is in existence for 40 years why should I close my account for the convenience of standard bank. why were we not notified of such changes before they were made. I would like my home loan access facility restored as soon as possible. the inefficiency of Standard bank is just unacceptable. when the banks are looking for business they help you immeadiately but when you have a problem afterwards they refuse to help.
