STD Bank call centre is useless!!!

I was stuck on the phone with STD bank for over 2 hours to literally no avail!!!
I listed everything that happened during the calls listed below:
15:45 - contacted STD bank - SSC5722
15:55 - transferred to general dep.
16:03 - transferred to credit dep. - wrong department
16:15 - transferred to cheque dep. - wrong department
16:30 - transferred to RCP (Nicholas).
16:35 - given legals number - 0861 100 868
16:36 - called legal dep to find that they close at 16:30!!!
16:38 - called back STD bank to spk to manager
16:45 - on hold until this time!
16:46 - PB STD bank to once again spk to manager!
16:50 - spk with supervisor (Innocent)
17:05 - get told that I will now be transferred to manager
17:20 - time spent holding for manager
17:25 - spoken to manager who spoke to collections to organise a collection dep. Manager to consult on legal dep. helping me. (Didi)
17:30 - Didi transferred me to collections dep. (Ruth) - Didi transferred me to credit card division!!!
17:42 - Transferred to cheques & loans division (Andy) - Andy informed me of a set off that was taken off the acc.
17:50 - Andy transferred me to his team leader Nicholas (spoken to earlier at 16:30)
THIS IS DISGRACE!
