How to make a loyal OUTsurance customer leave

I have been an OUTsurance customer since 2006, and have quite a bit of insurance with them (house contents, building, car and out and about.) I have always been quick to counter other insurance offers with "No thanks, I'm with OUTsurance! " I have even complimented them on here if I'm not mistaken.

No more. I have been through with them this last month, and still the end is not in sight. My geyser pump broke on the 26th of December, flooded the whole house and caved in the ceiling.

It is now the 30th of January, and I am STILL waiting for them to finish the work. I have tried emailing Gugu repeatedly, have left various messages for her to call me, the last one having been at 10:00 this morning, when I told the consultant I spoke to to tell her that if I don't hear from her by the end of the day I am taking all my business elsewhere. Even that didn't seem to necessitate urgency, as she still hasn't called me and it is now nearly 14:00. I haven't heard from her in over two weeks, and am giving up trying.

I guess I will be finishing the repairs myself, as I can no longer afford to be ignored by OUTsurance.
