Nedbank has disappointed me again, I am currently payoff my credit card and Nedbank has made it very difficult to monitor my progress. They have not sent me any statements or any sort of reports with my monthly payment but are charging me 18% interest without any explanations. And I have not received any documentation of payment arrangement. And the Call Centre is absolutely useless they make no effort to work efficiently to help you, they simply just keep transferring you or keep you on hold until you runout of airtime. They also make no effort to call you back even though they have all you personal information.
