Nedbank taking money for an account that is paid

Some time ago I had a Nedbank Credit Card. I suffered a total breakdown, following which I was boarded permanently. I had had insurance on the credit card at the time against such a breakdown, which Nedbank refused to honour, insisting that I owe them the money. We eventually came to a payment arrangement by which they would deduct a R300 per month A P O payment from my savings account. This credit card has now been paid off, however, but Nedbank is still deducting the money. The Nedbank Legal department is not even available to take my queries, as I have been told the number does not work, after trying it numerous times. In the meantime I have spent about R300 in airtime trying to get through to them, and money on petrol, going in to the branch on Friday and again today, but still nothing has been done, except that on Friday the Legal department told me that they would call me back and i'd have the money today, which I don't. I didn't even get the courtesy of a call back. That's just plain either incompetence or, depending on how you look at it. And yes, I do expect my airtime and petrol to be refunded as well.
