I have been charged Internet fee by Nedbank card monthly but I DON'T use Internet banking. I have been charged R14.04 for about 3 years and need that to be refunded with interest that was charged on the credit card for that period.

It also explains why I am not receiving statements monthly as Nedbank is doing this on purpose. They did not want me to see that they charging me this amount.

Please refund my money, this is unacceptable for a well reputable bank like Nedbank. Please can also post me my statements for the past 3 years as I DON'T receive statements.
