Clients mean nothing to nedbank

Sure when you need a personal loan Nedbank promisis you the world but DONT lose your job or after 6 months of paying on time struggle to make the repayment because you will be thrown to the dogs. I have been trying in vein to make arrangements on my personal loan from nedbank. Trying to come to an agreement to repay. But at the branch there is NOBODY to speak to. You have to phone a call centre. And there you get transferred from one person to the next. Until you eventually get to someone (who really seems like they dont want to help you). So after the third attemp you manage to make the arrangement. And then they go and debit you TWICE!!! for the amount you agreed upon. Now were back to square one. I AM SICK OF THE BAD SERVICE AT NEDBANK! I TRIED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS RATHER THAN NOT PAY AND GOT PATHETIC SERVICE FROM NEDBANK!!!
