I have logged a claim with Sibonelo and he doesnt give me feedback regarding my claim i have to call him everytime of which has cost implications on my site as one would hold for ten min while using a cell phone. Have reported this matter to their cumtomer care department but my conplaint is sent to him of which iy doesnt get resolved. And now they say they cant find my insection documents but when they received them they sent me a confirmation that they have received them. Or they are playing games not to pay?? But when it comes to premiums they are quick to suspend if they dont get it but when it comes to service that they should give they come with stories. I pay my monthly premiums so expect service in return to me going after them all the time. I wouldnt recomend standard bank insurance to any one after getting such bad service. I thought the insurance is better than banking but its all the same with them lack of customer service big time
