I Mr I C Redhi was hijacked on the 18th of January 2013 and to date my insurance has not resolved /not fixed my vehicle to my expectations. On the 2nd of July we got confirmation to collect my vehicle, when I received my vehicle the car was in such a bad state that the car couldnt start and the handbrake doesnt work but above all this the job that was done by the panel beaters was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (as some damage was caused by the panel beater). I did notify standard bank of the 13 problems that we found on the car when we received it back. Only when we escalted this to Standard Banks complaints department we got some feedback but still to date I still DONT HAVE MY CAR.This is causing a huge inconvience and waste of money to me. Standard Bank also under paid Avis in February for the courtesy car and they took my deposit money, for Standard bank not paying them correctly. We enquired about this and they still have not refunded me my money, Standard Bank only advised me now that they paid it to Avis in July and that I need to deal with Avis, this is unprofessional and disappointing to receive such service from Standard Bank but yet they are so quick to already increase my premiums.
