Terrible service - doesnt get better!

To wohm it may concern,

I would like to complain about the FNB brach at Eastgate.
My mom (a pensioner) has been waiting in the que for 30mins! this isn't the first time that this branch has had problems.
She has spoken to the branch manager once before - but nothing seems to be done.
3 tellers available on a week day!!
No service for the disabled or pensioners!!!
