Very bad attitiude towards pensioners

To whom it may concern,

I would like to complain about your Eastgate Branch! There needs to be some kind of management for the queing system - my mother who is a pensioner went to the pensioner que - but this is the same que as all the others and was there yesterday - 3rd July and only had 3 tellers!!! This is terrible service and a bad attitude towards your branch.

I look forward to hear how you will sort this out as on many occasions it has been the same!
