It looks like FNB just likes to keep people in their branches forever. Their lines are so ridiculously slow they must as well offer their clients breakfast and lunch. There are many cubicles but few of them are manned. There is one queue for every service as long as one is not going to the tellers. I have been trying to get service from the Eastgate Branch for more than a week. I have to abandon my mission every time because of the long and very slow moving queues. Please FNB, do something about this. We have lives outside the corridors of your branches.
