I have been sitting in the branch waiting to be help for 2 hours. i was told an hour. this new ticket system is . not to mentoon they have 4 tellers operating at peak christmas time. all i need to do is pay my credit card. the self service atm has been offline for 3 days. i try find out whats going on i am met with sit down and wait. The branch manager is floating around like hes on holiday. the security guard is having a nap against the doors and some of the tellers who look avaolable are not because replying to and sms and picking their nose is way more important than customer service. It is now 2.5 hours i have been waiting. this is ridiculous.
