Delay in processing home loan request

Hi!

I am highly disappointed in the service that i have been getting from Absa Bank recently.
A couple of months back i requested for an additional home loan from Absa, which was not only going to assist me with home renovations due to effects from these heavy rains, but also for paying for my son's university registration and tuition fees in Ireland.

I requested the additional loan from Absa in October. They accepted; but the offer came with conditions that i pay off my rates, which i did and submitted all relevant documentation; they also then said i pay up my store accounts, which i did and again submitted all required documents to them.
Since then, and having paid up all i was told to pay up, Absa has been delaying the process. In doing so i also have been postponing paying my son's fees which were due 15th November. I have again been given an ultimatum to pay on the 10th December, or else he wont be taken in and will be deported out of Ireland.

I would like to get help with this issue because i feel i am just getting excuses after excuses after excuses!
