Hollard Insurance
No inspection - No insurance!

I signed up for vehicle insurance on Friday 29 November with Hollard as they were the cheapest and there excess was the cheapest. What a mistake! It is now 04 December and still no one has contacted me to inspect my vehicle, and of course you know that if the vehicle is not inspected it will not be comprehensively insured. I have contacted them on a daily basis via phone calls and e-mails and still no one comes back to me. I now want to cancel this policy and rather go back to my old insurance even though it is going to cost me a few rand more!!
