I took out a policy with Hollard insurance in July for my motor vehicle at the time, the policy was due to start as from 1 September 2013. In that week I traded the vehicle in on another vehicle and phoned on the 02/08/13 to cancel the insurance and also noticed that they had taken a debit order for September's cover on the 01/08/13. I canceled the insurance and the advisor told me the amount would only be paid back into my account on the 10/08/13. I checked my account yesterday 12/08/13 and nothing showed, and promptly phoned Hollard to inquire as to the delay of my refund. The advisor this time informed me that the policy had never been cancelled and the only person who could assist is Vinolia Mothapo, I requested that she contact me asap to sort this out and have not heard anything since yesterday.
