Hollard Insurance is phoning me to submit my insurance documents to Wesbank vehicle finance! I have insurance from Outsurance! Why must I submit forms to Wesbank if Hollard is phoning me! Hollard informed me my instalment will increase with about R200 if I do not submit the documents within 7 working days of my insurance.

I could not get my car before I submitted my insurance forms and was verified by the dealer! Is this how Wesbank is doing business? I have asked questions and was told I Hollard will phone back last week Friday or Saturday. They phoned today to tell me I have 4 days left. Still no answer!
