AON Private - Zero service, will be canceling

I find your service absolutely shocking, I moved to AON in August, the pre-sales service was great, constant communication, but, ever since the policy was in-place, virtually no service.
I had to request policy documentation repeatedly, only receiving it in November after threatening to cancel the policy.
I had to request the inventory which was done beginning September, only receiving it late October. I did not agree with some of the values, and after gong through the entire house, I provided an updated inventory mid November - and again, no feedback, on Monday I again sent an email to Kgomotso expressing my dissatisfaction with the service.
She was quick to call me and apologize, saying the inventory would be done end of business Monday, it is now Wednesday, and once again, nothing.
I am now looking for another insurer, I cannot risk my possessions being insured by such a company. While I am getting quotes, I will not be held responsible for being under-insured as I provided an updated inventory weeks ago.
I will also be reporting this service to Investec, as it was them who recommended AON on transfer.
