Ripp Offs be aware

I have had the last straw with my insurance regarding a payout for my damaged goods and need assistance.
oThe value of my goods damaged is around R15 000.00, which I specified these contents with Indwe Risk.
oMy premiums were deducted normal, no queries no fuss and no advice about being under insured.
oWhen I lodged a claim an assessor by the name of Ronald Pillay came out and did the assessment, at that time he told me for my own benefit I should specify my new items purchased on an updated inventory list he would send to me.
oI did this not knowing that Ronald now used this updated inventory list against me to say I am under insured and the initial letter of R12030.00 was now changed to R8919.00. Remember if I had not indicated to Ronald I had new items not on the list he would have not known, also consider the fact that my premium did not change as I felt R352000.00 was sufficient cover.
oThe price to replace my Hi Fi Component is R9299.00, and the change in settlement is R8199.00
oHow do I get the rest of the stuff that was damaged? I have emailed you both the settlement letters.
oThe assessor did not perform his job properly and misled me throughout the assessment
