Time wasting

I've recently requested several quotes from quite a few moving companies to move my goods from my current address to another town. I gave as much info in the requests as possible (street names, towns) as well as a short inventory list of the big things I need to move.

I got a response from mini-movers to please complete their inventory list, which I took the time to complete, saved and mailed back to them. I got their reply back to say they cannot open the file I sent, so I saved it in another format.

Only after going through all this, they replied that they only do moves within 50kms. Really wasted my time when the first request to them had all the info they needed in the first place!

Will not recommend them to anyone.
