On the 31/10 I had comfirmed that Biddulphs would arrange to have my belongings moved to our new house.
The quote was originally done to just move the 'bigger' item eg bed, fridge etc with my husband getting in help to move the boxes which I was intending to pack myself. Upon enquiring on the quote to pack and move all our belongings, I was presented with a very reasonable figure, which was in addition to the first quote I had received for the "bigger items" This was confirmed in writing, However on the day I was told this was contrary to what I had paid for, as I had more stuff than expected. I was never asked to fill out a new inventory list, I just paid to have everyhting packed, including everything in my garage. With the emotion of the day out the way I am now being charged the "full packing Fee" again. I agree the communication went down as the sales lady I dealt with went on leave after doing my quote, and a new person handled the account, so the inventory list got overlooked, but the full packing [URL Removed] on!!! the stuff left of te list will be paid for, but not a double packing fee!! Very dissatisfied
