Silly excuses to not honor customers claim

I submitted a claim due to damage caused by a storm to the fascia boards on my roof. The rejection response from ooba was absolutely ridiculous and went into technical details of how the ceiling and roof was incorrectly designed and poor maintenance.
As far as I am concerned ooba is a rip off and will resort to contractual fine print and technical jargon although the policy clearly states cover caused by heavy wind and storm.
The response time is absolutely appalling and took in excess of a month to respond.
Ooba is quick to collect premiums and shows a clear lack of customer empathy and centricity. The money spent on premiums thus far will have covered all the necessary repairs. Beware other consumers - rather go with a service provider that is customer focused.
A very disappointed and soon to be ex customer.
