In august this year FNB Loans blacklisted me, I contacted them and spoke to Samuel Sebelebele at Legal dept who advised that the settlement amount is R1190.00 which I paid and received a letter from FNB telling me that the dept has been cleared, however when I called Trans Union I was advised that I am still listed, I banked with FNB since 1978 Barclays Bank days, I closed my account due to being unemployed for 3 years, I then started working and opened an account at ABSA, today I tried to change my account so that I could save money on bank fees and it was declined by ABSA as ITC records show that I owe FNB R4800? yesterday I sent another e-mail to Sanuel at FNB Legal because I tried to get a cell phone contract and again declined because of FNB, Samuel sent me a reply to say he will follow up. Can anyone help me at FNB.
