It took Ooba almost 4 weeks to get a report from the assessor after the assessor assessed the claim. While the report was awaiting from the assessor the claim was already declined as per Ooba, I queried why declined but their haven't received any reports yet.a simple answer provided the assessor told them telephonically. Wow that's convenient... and the telecom. between me and the assessor i was told that she going to fwd the report and the insurance will make the final decision whether the claim is approved or not, To my disappointment it was already declined without any reports/proof. So how do you explain customer services like that. Finally i received a call just to tell me that their received the report claim is decline and a letter will be send to me. Secondly this is my second claim with Ooba that their cant deliver customer satisfaction.i don't know for what I'm paying for.if this is the service then i would rather donate my premiums to Charity. I would not refer anyone to Ooba all you get for your money is apologies when complaining. Definitly i'm going to cancel my policy with OOBA
