CLEARANCE ON Credit bureaus

Capitec gave me a multi loan without my consent and gave that information to the different ITC bureaus as a result this is affecting my scoring and affordability when I apply for credit.
I have not used this multiloan and have asked them to close it and update my status accordingly at the credit bureaus.
Up to now when I pull my reports I find that my status has not been amended accordingly.
I have requested them on numerous occations to update accordingly but nothing has been done.
This is not fair to me as a consumer because it is affecting my scoring and affordabilty as it is like some kind of an overdraft.
