Wrongful rejection of claim

I submitted a claim because the wall in my property collapsed after a storm. it stood firm since I moved there 3 years ago. An assessor indicated that the wall wasn't built according to recent standards. Ooba quick to conclude rejection of claim without consideration of contract factors:
1. Exclusions for supporting the claims aren't stated on my policy
2. The falling of the wall was damage to my garden - part of my policy cover.
3. Matter not treated with urgency. it took 5 weeks before Ooba responded to claim - hence exposing and compromising the security of my family. This should have been considered as an emergency repair - Ooba didn't bother with it.
4. Ooba's competitors would have approved my claim on the basis of improvement to the site. If only I had known beforehand that Ooba doesn't cover site improvement, I would have signed a policy with the competitors long ago.
Ooba rejecting my claim is unjust. they don't look to client interest. It is the type of company that would collect full premiums on defective items and scoff to say "you should have known".
I could have used my premium cash to fix my own wall to keep my family safe.
