Delaying tactics

My son was involved in a car accident on 15 August (16 weeks ago). The driver who bumped into his car, damaging the rear-end of the car is insured with M&F. We are insured with Auto and General. A&G's recovery department has been trying desperately to get Shahieda Nicolus from M&G to pay out the claim - to no avail.
