I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on the 02.12.2012, when a driver shot a red robot and smashed into my car. The person is insured with Mutual and Federal and assured us that her insurance will pay for the damages as she knew that it was her fault. All of my paperwork as well as an affidavit of a witness has been submitted as requested by the legal department. After all the phone calls and e-mails to the legal department, today I spoke to one Rosemary who very arrogantly told me that despite my car being smashed and me not having a car for the last 7 weeks, that it could take up to another 3 months. At the moment, I am being transported to and from work which is costing a fortune. Everytime that I have called the legal department, I was told a different story. Please can someone advise me what is the best way forward as I think that I have been patient and understanding for far too long. My car is at a panel shop and the assessor has not been out to see it yet. I wish that the legal department in KZN branch were a little more understanding and would show some compassion for the people that they deal with. This is not just about a car, it is about my life being disrupt
