Misinformed about debit orders

Dear peter. i applied for a bond with housing loan company. after some time a consultant from lucid clear credit contacted me regarding the bond application. i was shocked as i was not familiar with lucid. the guy (riazz) told me that the help the bond originator to increase my credit score. he told me that they will debit my account that month (November) to which i agreed. then in December another debit went off ; my wife then contacted them and asked for cancelation of our agreement. End of January another debit went off so i called Lucid myself. i spoke to Riazz again and asked him for copies of our telephonic conversation ; he told me that those recording was company property and not to be shared with the public. i asked him to cancel our agreement or if i could write a cancelation ; he told me that we cannot cancel the agreement as it is valid for 12 months. i then called the complaints department and spoke to a guy (Rakesh) and he said he will work on my complaint today 30 January 2014 . all i would like to see happen is that i get out of what we agreed to and that i dont want to do business with Lucid. their details is 010 590 5618 or [Email Removed]
