I lodged a complaint during February and was sent from pillar to post until my complaint ended up with Thula, who managed to turn my compliment into a complaint. His customer service and dedication is outstanding and I really wanted to thank him for sorting my problem and providing me with the best possible service and for resolving my issue, which dragged on for a week, in just 1 hour.
