In the past 3 years, since my policy with 1life Direct was incepted, I must say I have always received good service from all consultants I dealt with until today when the service I got was beyond just good, but exceptionally great.

Being in an occupation that one deals with different people everyday, I know what genuine service is like and it is only great that I could be in the receiving end this time.

My interaction with Pogiso was so genuine that I felt I know this buddy from ages ago. He made me feel at ease and my query was resolved promptly.
