The consultants' genuine interest and eagerness to help embodies the positive image projected by your company. I had an accident and unfortunately the car was written off after having it for one full month, I was so depressed thinking I'm going to have to pay for a car that I don't have or maybe fix the car myself... when I spoke to few consultants from lodging the claim to finally having my car to paid out... I feel that I owe it to MIWAY and Team to extend my genuine gratification. I found MIWAY consultants to be very professional and extremely efficient and knowledgeable, to name a few Jacqueline N (lodged the claim), Kabelo Mohlala (whom called for a follow up after pay-out), Rarang Ralefatane who called for new premium when I was purchasing my new car, but to single out Katlego Sibanyoni my claim advisor I was blown away by his service and his cautiously politely honesty towards my situation.
