Not enough consultants

Poor service from standard bank as they only have two consults on the enquiry desk to help over 20 clients. It's unbelievable as all I'm coming to do is to collect a card still wondering Why I didn't join nedbank or Fnb as they are service orientated to all there clients. Poor value for our hard earned money.
