Disapointed from rediculous and pathetic Standard

Dear management,

l just want to bring into your attention regarding your employees who provide pathetic service to us as clients, l am not satisfied of the service l received from standard bank today. l have been banking with you for 4years now and walking into standard bank today was real a nightmare.

l was in a que for more than an hour not because it was busy but just because consultants are lazy to assist us as clients. l was so hurt because of that poor service and l will definately change my bank because that. people get payed but they dont want to work and fact is those lazy consultants demoralize the emage of Standard bank.

Standard bank must employ more people like Gerhard who ended up helping me because all other egents are useless they get payed for nothing.

will never ever forget the way standard bank treated me today.
