Accidents are never pleasant however the staff from Budget Insurance as well as Durban assessment centre, namely, Alan; Josephine and Prishina, made the whole ordeal easier. They went out of their way to be friendly and assist me with all my problems. Taking time to listen and give me the best advice possible. Understanding how I felt and being able to lift my spirits and making me feel at easy.
They were professional however at the same time friendly and helpful.
