THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP

Legal wise are useless - i have already complained one on this forum about these people - this is just a continuation of total incompetance. They have now cancelled my policy after i told them not to and now it must be reinstated before they can assist me, I was instructed to phone customer services this morning which i did three times before i got through to someone who took my id number and cell no and told me she would phone me back as her phone does not record

A COMPLETE JOKE!!!
