Wont give my money back!

I applied for med aid 02/07/2013, got acceptance on 05/07/2013, made a manual payment on 05/07/2013 so that i could be covered for july 2013. within the 7 days cooling period i decided not to go ahead as i received news over that weekend that i was pregnant, and didnt want a medical aid that wasnt going to cover the costs, so i cancelled (within 7 days) keep in mind that i already paid for the month. i sent an email on 09/07/2013 where i requested cancellation, i have all the emails of patricia stating that a refund will be made. its now over 2 weeks, NO REFUND!
i would like my money please, when i was asked to make a swift payment before the 7th, it was done with no problems, but now that you have to pay my money back i have to wait? this is not fai
