14 days wait for claim to be correctly processed

My father passed on, on the 11th of November 2013 and a claim was made on the 12th of November 2013. the policy number is (006911), my father was burried on the 16th but the lantern still had not payment after constant phone calls lantern life paid an amount of R5000.00 instead of R15 000.00 as in the agreement with my father the R5000.00 was made on the 18th when i still continued to call Rodney and even asked him to atleast give the copy of policy agreement my father signed so i can see which plan was he on but its the 25th my mother still awaits the R10 000.00 from lantern life. the error is said to be an admin error which i still sit with a question that R5000.00 was paid after the funeral which defeats the purpose of a funeral cover expecially when everything that was asked for was given in time even then we still have a comapany assume a cover i personaaly find that pathetic, furthermore i receive an email from Rodney's supervisor saying that we will receive the money sometime during the corse of this week now the we go again where a company does not know where its stands by the way it's difficult for them to retrieve the contract that my dad signed Lantern life
