NO Feedback on the progress of customer claims!!!

I am getting really frustrated at FNB Insurance Brokers because my claim documents have been with them for 2 and a half weeks and I have heard nothing yet from them about the progress of this claim. I would like to know what they can do to help me get a new mobile phone as soon as possible as this device is essential for a guy that works primarily online.
