Worst Customer Service EVER

I am really frustrated at the way my claim has been handled by FNB Insurnce Brokers. I have phoned their call center about 5 times last week and could not get a hold of Markus to get information on the progress of my claim. I am shocked that FNB insurance treats their clients like this.
