I'm utterly disgusted by the service that I've been given by PG glass. Standard Bank Insurance assigned work to them to assist me with my broken Windows due to this bad weather we've been experiencing. After logging complaints to them, the Pretoria North branch decided to give Linseria the workload since they were inundated with queries. I thought that i'd get service from the Linseria branch as they called me and made an appointment with me to visit my house on the 30th Nov 2013 at 9am. I had to reshuffle my appointments for them and still they didn't pitch up. After 12pm, i received a call from Gerch who asked me to take pictures myself to send them to him since he couldn't make it. Well please note that since the 13th Nov 2013, i still haven't been assisted. Note this, I WILL NOT PAY THAT ACCESS AMOUNT since i'm wasting my time and money to sort this out since i can't stay in a house with no windows plus these continuous rains. Please sort this out IMMEDIATELY. I'm also still waiting for the builder to come and fix my roof and ceiling. They only came to my house 13 days later. So i guess both suppliers will have to speak with STD Bank for their access payments cos im not paying
