Flooded house no feedback

Two weeks ago we had a flooding and heavy rain our ceiling and windows where damaged. i called standard bank insurances they promised to help. they only send people for quote the same week since then we still waiting for them to come fix. we kept calling them and they keep promising but nothing is happening. our house is still in the mess even now.
