Thanks to Nedbank i am now chased out to the st

I have a loyal client client for Nedbank yes i have a credit card with them that i was paying more then what they had required from me, for them to just go into my account taking money without my knowledge is crime, its, they did not even contack me to make an arrangement regarding the debit who are they to just make they mind up and take my money just because i have a cheque account with them? when you talk to these people they have attitude telling me you owe us mos like really? i hate Nedbank i am taking my banking elsewhere where i am more appreciated.
