SA Warrenties refuses to pay!!! pathetic service

Hi, we bought a car with extended warranty from SA warranties on 28th January 2013 with 104 000km on the clock, before the car first service at 114 000km the steering lock broke and needed to be replaced so now my car is done now and SA Warranties says they don't cover the steering lock. I think its unacceptable and would like the case to be investigated my b2b policy no is: 1419749 it's a plan B. and now the motor mend - power up also don't want to pay out, my policy no of mm is: pow 008427. Please look in the case and let me know. Why else would someone want to buy an extended warranty on your car if they don't want to help you in a time like this?
