I registered a claim and for three weeks now I'm struggling just to get a feedback from them. Everytime I call I'm told my personal consultant is busy on the phone and they always say they convey the message to him to call me back. This has been happening every day for the past two weeks, whereby on some days I'll call twice or thrice a day. Is it so hard to pick up the phone and call someone and give them feedback?
