No service. No response after 4 weeks

I have been a client of FNB since August 2009 and have never claimed. I registered a claim 4 weeks ago on the 13th of Marc and have not have any response or feedback as yet. I phone every week to follow up on the claim only to be cut off or to be promised someone will call me back but that never happens. 2 weeks after the initial i then got an sms saying the claim has been registered but still no response. I have now phoned them 7 times and the last call was the worse. I made two calls on April the 9th, only to be cut off after 15 minutes. The second call I was transferred to 5 different people and eventually was transferred back to the claims call center, only to be put through the to claims department again! Where i was put on hold once again, as does every other person. Here I was put on hold for another 7 minutes. Needless to say, 35 minutes later I put the phone down. Money is debited monthly from my account every month to pay for the insurance, when it comes to claiming it does not seem that they are willing to deliver on their promise. How much longer must I wait for a response.
