I have a contract and insurance with Cell C and lost my phone on the morning of the 01/01/2013. I reported it on the 02/01/2013 at 09h00 to have the number blocked, phone blacklisted and submitted my claim. I was told it takes up to 48h to be looked at and to be approved. On the 07/01/2013 at 09h30 I still received no feedback and called into the insurance department for feedback. My claim was only then looked at and approved while me waiting on the line. I then chose a phone and the consultant told me it takes between 24h-48h to be delivered to the Kenilworth store in Cape Town where I would have to collect it. It is now the 11/01/2013 and still no delivery. I have followed up with the Insurance department everyday and everytime I get a different story as to when it will be delivered. I was told by a consultant yesterday that they would call me back with feedback and I still didn't receive any call from them.
This is really pathetic service as everytime I need to call in to follow up as to what is happening with regarding the delivery of my new phone and I never receive feedback. It has been 11 days without a phone and I need it for work purposes.
