No feedback!!!

I made a claim over 2 weeks ago for a phone. I had to call them to discover that the claim has been approved, no call or feedback to let us know so we can get a phone?!?!? I then was to receive further feedback that same day from Ndumiso regarding my claim / phone options. No call came...

I then called again Thurs and Fri and left messages for him to contact me back. I have been unable to get through to the call centre yesterday or today due to "high call volume". going on three weeks and no phone.

This insurance is useless as it leaves one without a phone for weeks on end. Supposed to be replaced within 24 hours.???
